How do I place an order?

Order Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your items. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please refer to our "Return Policy" page for more detailed information.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our "Returns" page and fill out the return request form.
  2. Receive a return authorization (RMA) from our customer service team.
  3. Package the item securely, including the original receipt and RMA number, and ship it back to us. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used electronics and machinery
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper installation

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.
