1. About the new and second-hand product description:
We assure you that all the products are 100% working before we shipping.
The new part will with original packing.
Part of second-hand products will have obvious scratches on the surface.
Second-hand products will be strictly tested before shipping.
The inventory will change unscheduled, please contact us before buying!
 
2. What do you use for shipping?
Usually, we ship the products by FEDEX or DHL.
 
3. How long will you prepare the products?
We need 2-3 days to prepare it. (In the absence of external factors)
 
4. How long will I get the products?     
In general, it will take about 8-15 days,If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us.
 
5. About the tariff?
Usually, there is no tariff. But each country has a different tariff policy. If charged, it will be paid by the buyer.
 
6. How long is the warranty?    
All products with 90 days warranty. (Except for some special products, please consult us.)
 
7. If it’s not satisfied, how can I return the products after receiving them?
On the premise that the package is intact, not in use, and can be sold next time. We accept the return. The cost of return and replacement will be borne by the buyer.
The buyer must return the products within 15 days and ensure that the products are well packed to prevent damage in transit. Please provide the tracking number after shipping.  
 
8. What’s your working time?
Beijing time (GMT+8): Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6.00 pm (except public holidays).
